This cornerstone of the system is applied for control of algae and bacteria. PristineBlue®’s active ingredient, copper ions, are bonded with a unique carrier which allows us to introduce enough copper in the water to control both bacteria and algae.

Unlike any other copper compound the copper ions in PristineBlue stays suspended in the water constantly to prevent the growth of algae and bacteria.

PristineBlue® is environmentally friendly, EPA registered and even certified for addition to drinking water by NSF International! After an initial dose, you'll measure the level of PristineBlue® every two weeks and “top it off” with more PristineBlue®.
